Dragonwar Red Gear Emera ELE-G11

Are you a CS: GO gamer? If you are a regular counter-strike player, you probably know that the flick shot is not meant for every mouse. It needs a high-power mouse sensor, and only a few mice can do under 500, and the Dragonwar Red Gear Emera ELE-G11 is one of the mice that can do flick shots. The onboard sensor is different than the mice in this category. The manufacturer says it’s a blue sensor. Yeah, it glows blue light instead of the red light that comes with most of the optical sensors, so if you’re on a low budget and play PVP games as a professional, we recommend this mouse as an excellent PVP gaming mouse under 500 rupees. However, you won’t get RGB or any kind of dedicated software from the manufacturer. This mouse is plug and play.

The good thing about this mouse is its sensor capability at a very low price. The bad thing is that it’s not feature-packed like other mice in this price range. If you want a good sensor-tracking gaming mouse at a very low price, you can have this. As per our CS:GO gameplay, with this mouse, it never missed a flick-shot.

Ant Esports GM200W mouse in orange background, left tilt top viewing angle, in dark grey colour body and blue LED lighting logo

The Ant Esports GM200W Optical Wired Gaming Mouse is one of the best mice that you can buy for gaming and as well for office work. The build of the mouse is good, considering the price tag.
It comes with 6 buttons and 1 scroll button without any software support from its manufacturer to program its buttons. However, you can program 5 and 6 buttons with mouse X software.
Performance-wise, you won’t disappoint. It’s come with an optical sensor, which is a pretty standard sensor for this price range. On our testing, the mouse did a pretty good job with Battlefield 2024 and GTA V, but when we play CS: GO, it starts to lag on flick shot, so in conclusion. this mouse is suitable for light gaming and day to day use.

Reasons to Buy (PROS)

  • Solid build design, mate fisnishing
  • Palm and claw grip works well
  • value for money
  • 5 programmable buttons

6. CLAW Dawon

CLAW Dawon Wired Gaming Mouse, in orange background, top viewing angle
CLAW Dawon

We included this mouse on August 23rd, 2022, removing the HP M270 Gaming Mouse, which was in this spot. The reason behind it is almost the same price but offers lots of better performance.

Build quality. The mouse comes with an ergonomic gaming design so that even after hours of heavy usage in hot weather (no air conditioning), the mouse will not be uncomfortable to use. The top surface is textured with rubber, and the sides have zip-zak textured for better grip and easier handling overall, minimising slipery from the hand even if you have sweaty hands. With six DPI levels to pick from, this mouse is an excellent option for casual to professional gamers. You can select the DPI level that best suits your performance and precision. Additionally, the front of the device has a mesh-like structure that enhances its aesthetics.

The mouse has 8 fully programmable buttons and six RGB lighting modes that can be changed or adjusted according to your preference. You can do numerous pre-programs with eight customizable buttons. For example, you can set the space bar to any 8 buttons, which will undoubtedly enhance your gaming performance, especially in FPS games like Valorant, where keybinding is a needed feature. In terms of sensor capability, the mouse easily handles CS:GO flick-shot. The above are all good things so far. But there is also a downside to this mouse, like any other mouse. In fact, there is no perfect gaming hardware. The button placement is a bit off for most users, especially with 2 right-side buttons. However, within a week of use, you will start adapting to this mouse.

So far, Claw Dawon is one of the greatest gaming mice overall for casuals to professionals, at a cost of 150 rupees more than they had actually planned. The functionality of this gaming mouse is great for the price, and the design is comparable to the 2K category, which makes it a good enough mouse to be on this list.

  • Well polished software, easy to use.
  • A good number of  customizable RGB lighting modes
  • Gaming performance is comparable to 1000 rs gaming mouse

7. ASUS WT200 Wireless Mouse (Best wireless mouse under 500)

ASUS WT200 Wireless

It comes with an ambidextrous design, which means you don’t need to worry whether you are a right-handed or left-handed user.
The company claims this mouse has a click endurance of 3 million and a maximum resolution of 1200 dpi, making it extremely precise.

For gaming purposes, you can do some basic gaming like GTA 5, which does not require high power and high DPI level sensors. However, in competitive games such as CS: GO, this mouse literally stops tracking with a flick-shot. This mouse is never meant for gaming, but we added  because this is better than other wireless mice in this 500 Rs category, and a few games are still playable if you use a good mouse pad.
In the wireless department, it comes with 2.4GHz communication technology, which is far superior to Bluetooth technology.
Many users claim there is no on/off button, which will drain the battery faster. However, the mouse will only turn on if the USB dongle is powered or plugged into a running computer, to trun off intanly Just unplug the doggle (keep in mind that you should always put the dongle inside the mouse if you unplug the USB dongle, since if you lose it, there is no compatible doggle you can get on the market).

Updating after 3 months of usage, the mouse is working well, except the scroll wheel has started to make a noisy sound. It also passed the multiply drop test. We accidentally dropped it from an 80cm high table and it worked normally, even two or three times bounce on the surface, and it is still working so far. If anything happens, we will update.

Reasons to Buy (PROS)

  • Survived multiple drop tests. In terms of durability, this mouse really stands out
  • Good build and design
  • Small in size, good for small hand
  • fingertip grip style works well

Reasons not to Buy (CONS)

  • After three months of use, the scroll wheel begins to make noise
  • No for big hand
  • DPI: Max 1200
  • Numbers of Buttons: 3
  • Programable: No
  • Wireless: Yes, 2.4 ghz CT
  • RGB: No
  • Warranty: 1 year
  • Rating: ★★ 4.1 out of 5

Zebronics Zeb-Transformer-M

The Zebronics Zeb Transformer-M is an excellent choice for both novice and experienced gamers. This mouse comes with a compact and ergonomic design that makes it easy to use even during prolonged gaming sessions. The gaming mouse’s central selling point is its 7-color breathing LED lights which means if you are an RGB lover, then this is the one you should get. Above all, it will enhance your gaming sessions. The mouse works with extreme precision on practically all surfaces. Overall, one of the best gaming mouse under 500.

gaming performance. The mouse has a decent optical sensor and works well in almost every game. However, it is not meant for competitive gaming. We notice a loss of track with the CS:GO flick-shot. Other than that, the mouse is fairly good for gaming. There is no software provided with this mouse, which is the downside. Whereas Quantum snype 2.0 and Readgear A-15 provide software and customization support in the same price range, Overall, besides software, Zebronic Zeb-Transformer-M is comfortable, durable, and easy to use. If you want some gorgeous looking mice, you can have this mouse.

9. EvoFox Shadow Gaming Mouse

EvoFox Shadow gaming mouse in orange background, left tilt top viewing angle with green RGB
EvoFox Shadow gaming mouse

The EvoFox Shadow is the best looking gaming mouse under 300 that comes with 3600 DPI, which is enough for modern PVP games. It has six buttons and one dedicated DPI changing button.
Build quality: the mouse is entirely made of decent plastic, like any other mouse in this price range, but this mouse has got a pretty nice looking gaming design and while holding it you won’t feel cheap at all. A 1.8m braided EMI cable is provided.

Now come to what we find while gaming. For gaming, this mouse is a plug and play type; no software support, no macro keybinding. We tested it with COD Warzone and it performed decently. No loss of tracking and clicks were responsive. We also tested with CS:GO like we do with most of the mice, and like with other mice in this range, the mouse performance is good until you do a flick-shot. The RGB department  Evo Fox, did a wonderful job. Overall, a simple game mouse with decent performance for a beginner.

Should you buy it ? Personally, I think the answer will be no. The cost is 500 RS at present, and you can have a better mouse in this range with software support and better RGB.

Consider it if you get below 300 rs.

10. MFTEK Tag 3 2000 dpi (Best mouse under 500 for office and student)

MFTEK Tag 3 gaming mouse in orange background, left tilt top viewing angle, with hold body blue LED light
MFTEK Tag 3

It comes with an extraordinary design and an RGB control button that allows you to choose between four distinct colors. Depending on your colour preference, you can choose from red, violet, blue, or rose red. If you want an excellent RGB gaming mouse with decent performance that also comes with anti-slip and anti-sweat, then MFTEK is a highly recommended gaming mouse under 300 category.

Gaming performance, straight to the point. This mouse is more like a day-to-day mouse than a gaming mouse. However, you can do it but not for competitive gaming. We did some gaming with this mouse and the performance was pretty close to Zeb transformer- M. The only thing we really appreciate is its RGB placement, hold body lightup, which is beautiful in a dark room.

Should you buy it ? Yes, it’s worth the money for a semi-gaming mouse under 300. However, at the same price  the quantum sype 2.0 offers better features like keybinding customization.

  • Decent build quality
  • Palm grip works well
  • value for money

Reasons not to Buy (CONS)

11. Live Tech Vulcan Gaming Mouse

Live Tech Vulcan gaming mouse in orange background, left tilt top viewing angle, in dark grey colour body and RGB lighting
Live Tech Vulcan

The Live Tech Vulcan is our final pick for the best gaming mouse under 500. This is one of the most underrated gaming mice under 500. It comes with a textured surface for better grip while gaming. The mouse has a 2750 DPI sensor, which is good enough for casual to mid-level gaming. There are two dedicated switches on the top to change the DPI levels. By default, it is set at 1600 DPI, and it resets every time you boot your gaming laptop or desktop.

In real gaming scenarios, this gaming mouse can handle pretty much all games like GTA 5 and Warzone pretty easily. The only downside of this mouse is no software support, which makes somewhat useless its large number of buttons. Without software, you cannot keybind. Out of seven buttons, only three are mainly used.

Reasons to Buy (PROS)

  • Decent build quality for the price
  • Palm grip works well
  • value for money
  • textured surface, no splippery

Reasons not to Buy (CONS)

  • No software support
  • DPI: Max 2750
  • Numbers of Buttons: 7
  • Programable: No
